No, she will still get the kids. K-Fed was out partying the entire time they were married, so he is not really in a position to "throw stones".
Doubtful….I know many sluts that have done waaaay worse and still have custody of thier kids.
No, because Britney is a woman. The majority of kids go to the woman in the relationship no matter what the circumstance, unfortunately. I don’t have an opinion on this instance, however. But what if it was a relationship between 2 lesbians? I guess the judge would be at a loss.
They both have so many negative actions against them but I think Britney still has the better chance of keeping her kids ( sad as it is)
I would have to say that even though her judgement seems to be a liittle bit muddled by such behavior I don’t think it will hurt her chances of keeping her children. I think that the children would be in better care with their mother than with their father. Even though it seems they both need to grow up a bit and Brittany needs to stop hanging our with Paris Hilton because that will not help anything, that girl needs a good swift kick in the butt as well.
I doubt it. It’s not like her ex is a saint.

Like with the Jacko/Debbie Rowe BS, neither of these nitwits is a suitable parent, thus neither should get custody. Unfortunately, foster care would be best for these children (Twitney’s and Jacko’s), though what’s "best" for them still isn’t the greatest picture.
This is what happens to celebrities who want it all, have the means to get it all, and think they deserve it all: it’s their children who will suffer.
I honestly think that the little w-h-o-r-e is just trying to stay in the news. She looks so awful now! She used to be the hottest thing and now she’s just trailer park trash! And btw, I couldn’t care less about her kids…
the underwear (or lack there of) incident will only add to the argument. but i think it’s the fact that she’s not at home with her kids that might do it. she used to be with them all the time. but now it’s like she recents them or something.
No, I’ve heard of worse and they got the kids. Her ex is no better than her, and the kids were probably being cared for by her mom or some hopefully responsible person.
I think it will. I think neither one should have the kids. Britney’s parents need to have a talk with her. She needs to grow up.
Right now she’s acting out because she has been kinda confined to her home being pregnant for like 20 years now lol and she’s making up for it. Judge will most likely rule in favor of her because fed-ex parties alot more, but her recent antics are not making her look better in comparison. Britney i know you need sometime to feel young again but you have a newborn at home and 1 year old if you want to party somenights at least wait until you’re done nursing the the newborn PLEASE!!!!!
I think that Britney will get the kids no matter what. She has not done anything wrong. She is just like everyone else that is in the show business. What about Tom and Katie leaving their baby at home when they did stuff. And you see nothing happening to them. So why should something happen to Britney. If Kevin really wanted to be with the kids then he wouldnt have been staying out all night. At the club dancing and being with other women. So its okay for Kevin to do it and not Britney. But I think that Britney is going to have the kids. Face it. Britney has money and a house and what does Kevin have nothing. He just started his career so he has a little of money. But he is staying with his friends in a little apartment and doesnt have a car he is taking a bus everywhere that he needs to go. And Britney has everything that the kids needs. And the judge will see it and she will get custody of the kids. She desvereds it. She had to carry the kids for 9 months and then have a c-section and that shit hurts because I know I had 2. Kevin has done nothing for her and the kids. Just like he did with his other 2 kids with his ex. Just think about what I said Britney is way better off with the kids.
No because nothing will change the fact that k-fed is a HUGE loser. Plus Brit will have a WAY better lawyer than him.
