   Check out Kate Ryan and Cascada, they are both girl singers in dance music. Kate Ryan does stuff in French too.

   I would strongly suggest the album "Clubland 14", theres lyrics in every song, lots of good songs and some remixes of pop songs. Its an album from Europe so not many people around the U.S. know about it, its an AMAZING album I think, deffinatly like pop/dance music. Theres more clubland albums but 14 is the most recent and the best I think., I bet its just what your looking for U can listen to samples of all the songs on http://www.gomusic.ru
