how did u lose weight? and i was thinking about losing weight by eating under 800 calories a day. but dr.oz says its not a good idea. should i listen to him? i had a friend that did that and she kept it off permanetly. although she did get too skinny. but im not dumb. i would never get anorexic. but i wanna drop about 50 pounds. i weigh about 160 and its the bigest i ever been. and im only 5 ft so i look so chubby. id like to be skinny but not stick pole skinny. id like to look lean and fit. like britney spears or sharika, miley cyrus and vanessa hudgens, amanda bynes. they are skinny but not stick thin. they have muscles and are lean and look good. being too skinny is be lindsay lohan. i dont want my bones to stick out. yuck or my knees to be knobby.
any good tips? and do u have to excerise to lose weight or can u just diet and lose weight? im lazy and dont wanna exercise.

Exercise is the only way to lose weight. But if you think of it as work you will never get it done. Find something that is enjoyable for you. Go on long walks with your friends. Dance, swim, kick a ball around for twenty minutes. Lazy has nothing to do with it. You can be lazy when your done. Make it gradual. As far as dieting. Switching diets all the time is worse than not dieting. Replace foods. if you like sweets have only half a chocolate bar and replace the other half with fruit. Instead of eating a whole burger eat half and replace the other half with a salad. Everything in moderation. Drinking lots of water it’s good for weight loss. Drinking water before eating helps fill you up faster. Try cutting out soda’s and juices. if your laying on your bed watching TV kick up your legs twenty times every ten minutes or do a few sit ups. every little bit helps.
Also when cleaning around the house wear leg weights. Do a few squats while cleaning the toilet. Once you start noticing a bit of a difference you might get inspired to do a little more.
Unfortunately exercise is key when dieting otherwise the whole world would be fit. You have to push yourself. No one can do this for you.

Make sure you eat quality grub when you do eat, or your bod will just be craving more. Yes, you must eat less or exercise more or both. It’s as simple as that. Exercising regularly will increase your base metabolism over time, and probably help keep you slimmer a bit too. Too bad you’re lazy, but do it anyway!

If you don’t lose weight by exercise and balancing your diet, you will not do it the healthy way. I lost 23 lbs in 3 months. I do exercise like a mad woman, but it’s because I found something I love to do, and that’s mixed martial arts. I train 5 days a week. plus I walk my dog every night. If your doctor tells you something isn’t healthy, you should listen. If you make changes you can live with and incorporate into your every day life, it will be much easier to lose it, and keep it off.

YOu need to workout. That is the best you can do. you will gain back the weight you lose with that 800 calorie intake diet, once you start eating normal. Trust me Ive tired all those fad diets ive lost weight and once i started my normal routine i gained it back double. just eat stuff in moderation and workout. Its worth it in the end.
Following tips do work and how. (Personal experience)
1. Cut down sugar intake.
2. Snack at regular intervals.( mostly nuts like walnuts, almonds.)
3. Take only 75% of your regular appetite.
4. Drink lots of luke warm water.
5. Pranayaam.(yoga) works like a charm. This requires little physical effort. Anulom Vilom routine is the easiest. Squat on your bed, block your right nostril and breathe in slowly and fully from the left. Hold for a couple of seconds and then breathe out from the right. Follow the same with the right nostril. Do this cycle for 15 minutes in the morning when you wake up. Guranteed weight loss in 2 weeks. (P.S. I’m also too lazy to workout.)
Losing weight is not complicated or difficult at all. But, exercise is not optional, it is mandatory for you.
It is far better to burn the fat with exercise rather than to starve the fat. There is a difference between fat loss and weight loss because if you are losing weight you will be losing water, lean muscle tissue and fat. You only want to lose fat mass. The best way to do it is through exercise. Body weight exercises and sandbag exercises will help you tremendously as they combine resistance type of exercise with cardio in the same workout.
You have to reduce your food intake also by 500 calories not more or less. Have 5-6 smaller meals in a day and spread out the 500 calorie deficit over the six meals. Have a gallon of fresh spring water everyday and have at least eight hours of sleep every night.
Give up junk food, soft drinks alcohol consumption totally. They are not only junk foods(useless) they are really slow poison foods in disguise. You will be amazed by the difference in your health and energy level when you quit eating junk food.
Laziness is actually a state of mind and a result of unfounded fear of doing some work. Simply get up and start your workouts without a lot of thought and delay. After a while it will become a habit due to success in weight loss.

1st week – 6 lbs
2nd week – 12 lbs
3rd week – 13 lbs
