I need help with my diet. Exactly what food do I eat in each of my 6 meals per day?

admin I want to start a new diet to lose 40 pounds by May 2007 so I decided to start doing what Britney Spears did, eat 6 small meals per day every 4 hours. The only problem is that I don’t exactly know what to eat. Will anyone tell me please!
